I work at the TN Dept of Human Services, and have been there for eight years. I've been trying to get my raggedy self in shape by working out for the past year. I started out with body for life, then on to burn the fat, feed the muscle. I'm currently trying to survive 90 days of the P90X program, who knows if I'm gonna get it before it gets me! I post most often on the body for life tracker site, if you are interested in fitness, it's a great place to meet and chat with like-minded folks...
